How We Work

1. Inquiry
It starts with a simple form and two minutes of your time. Tell us about your event and we'll take it from there. You'll hear from us within 48 hours.
2. Brochure/Proposal
We'll send you a curated brochure outlining our packages and options, followed by a personalized proposal built entirely around your vision. No guesswork, no generic packages. Just a plan that fits your event.
3. Contract + Retainer
When you're ready to move forward, we'll send over your contract and a simple payment link for your 50% retainer to secure your date. From that moment on, your bar is in good hands.
4. Event Questionnaire
Around 60-90 days before your event (or sooner if you're booking within that window) This is where the details come to life. We'll send you a thoughtful questionnaire to learn everything we need to know about your event, your guests, and the experience you're envisioning. The more we know, the better we can deliver.
5. Tasting or Consultation
In our opinion, this is the best part. We'll meet virtually or in person, talk through your menu, and fine-tune every detail until it feels exactly right. This is where your vision really comes together.
6. Event Execution
This is what we live for. We show up, we set up, and we pour our hearts into every drink and every guest interaction. You enjoy your event. We handle everything else.
