How We Work
The very first step is for you to reach out and tell us about your event! We prefer you to use our inquiry form under the "Book with Us" tab but you can email too.
We'll send you a custom proposal based on the information you've provided. The package created is totally customizable. We're able to change or add anything you'd like. We give you the flexibility to build your package with services you want and need.
3. Contract + Deposit
Once your proposal is perfect and reflects everything you want for your ideal beverage experience, we'll send you the contract. You'll want to sign the contract and pay a 50% deposit. Once these two steps are completed, you're date is officially reserved and you'll have booked The Wandering Pour for your event!
4. Event Questionnaire
Around 60-90 days before your event (or sooner if you're booking within that window) we'll send out an event questionairre for you to fill out. We'll get final confirmation on service times, event planner information, the type of drinkers your guests are, uniform preferences, and more. It's lengthy but trust us, it's important. We’ll use all these details to ensure a smooth event and create an awesome tasting menu for you!
5. Tasting or Consultation
Honestly, this is probably the BEST part of your beverage experience! When you choose packages with signature cocktails, you get to taste your way through a cocktail menu prepared just for you! In this meeting, we'll go over expectations, the menu, the alcohol ordering details, clarify final details and finally get to see each other! If you're not able to make it in-person, we can arrange a virtual consultation as well.
6. Event Execution
The day you've been waiting for, and we've been preparing for. We'll arrive early, be set up with time to spare, and be ready to host your event with giant smiles on our faces. We'll take great care of you and your guests while you get to relax and mingle, with a delicious drink in hand. It's seriously that easy!
