Do you supply the alcohol?
In compliance with Massachusetts state alcohol laws, we do not provide alcohol as part of our packages. We're happy to facilitate your order through our preferred retailer, who will deliver directly to your event location, or you're welcome to purchase the alcohol independently.
Where are you located and will you travel?
Based in Fairhaven, MA, we travel the entire Massachusetts coastline from the North Shore down to Provincetown and everywhere in between, plus all of Rhode Island. Let's be real, we're literally built to travel! Want The Wandering Pour at your event? Reach out and let's discuss the details.
What insurance do you carry?
We're fully insured with general liability, liquor liability, and worker's compensation coverage for our team. We go the extra mile by adding hosts and venues as additional insureds on our policies for the day of your event, giving you complete peace of mind.
What is your payment and refund policy?
We require a 50% retainer to confirm your reservation. You'll receive a full refund if you cancel more than 60 days from your event date, 50% of the deposit if you cancel more than 30 days from your event. Cancellations made within 30 days of your event will not be refunded.
Do you have a rain date policy?
Unfortunately, due to our advanced booking model, we can not accommodate rain dates. The host is responsible for tent cover of the bar in the event of inclement weather. We are happy to work with your tent vendor to find the appropriate size tent for your event.
What are the requirements for the bar?
Our bars requires flat, level ground for setup and service, and clear access for set-up and break down. When using the Patsy, we will schedule a site visit prior to your event date to confirm the exact parked location.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend securing your date as early as possible, particularly during peak wedding and event season. However, our availability changes frequently, so it's always worth reaching out no matter your timeline. We'll work with you to make it happen.
How much do our packages cost?
Our packages are fully customizable to create exactly what you want and need. Each package is curated based on your event duration, guest count, and service level. We have a minimum investment of $1,200, with most clients investing around $2,600 for their complete beverage experience. Pricing includes professional bartenders, setup, service, and breakdown.
