Do you supply the alcohol?
That's a great question! To be in accordance with Massachusetts state alcohol laws, we do not include any alcohol with our packages. We can either facilitate your order through our preferred retailer that will deliver the order to your event location or you can purchase the alcohol on your own.
Where are you located and will you travel?
We're located in Fairhaven, MA. We include the first 30 miles from Fairhaven within our base package pricing but let's be real,we're literally built to travel! If you want The Wandering Pour at your next event, reach out and let's discuss the details.
Can you serve coffee/tea?
We love coffee! A good tea can hit the spot too and finding the best vendors to partner with is important to us. We proudly offer Mission Cold Brew's nitro cold brew and assorted teas on tap!
What is your payment and refund policy?
We require a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation. You'll receive a full refund if you cancel more than 60 days from your event date, 50% of the deposit if you cancel more than 30 days from your event. Cancellations made within 30 days of your event will not be refunded. Reschedules are allowed but the refund policy is still based upon the original event date.
Do you have a rain date policy?
Unfortunately, due to our advanced booking model, we can not accommodate rain dates. The host is responsible for tent cover of the bar in the event of inclement weather. We are happy to work with your tent vendor to find the appropriate size tent for your event.
What are the requirements for the bar?
Our bars requires flat, level ground for setup and service, and clear access for set-up and break down. If your event is located somewhere without electricity and you’ve booked one of our bars that require electricity, we can add a generator to your package.
How far in advance should I book?
The earlier the better! Honestly, peak season dates book up well in advance, but cancellations are possible, so don't be shy it's always worth reaching out to see what we have available.
